Shipping & Returns


All orders will be processed within 1 business day of a cleared payment. Your item will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Ground service.

We offer 2 day FedEx and FedEx Overnight service. Please contact our Customer Service Team for pricing and availability. Customer Service can be reached at 402-261-8860 M-F 8am-5pm CST.

All oversized items and items over 150lb will be shipped via Freight Services. You must provide a valid business address with a dock or forklift for delivery. If you do not have one, we will arrange shipping to the nearest Freight Terminal for pick up at your convenience. Please allow 2 business days for your freight shipment to be packaged and shipped.

Residential Freight delivery is $100 extra.

Lift gate delivery is $135 extra.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 60 days of original purchase date. 


Please contact our Customer Support for a Pre-Paid Return Label within 60 days of original purchase date. A return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund on all non-defective items.

A full refund will be issued for all defective items and items that were received in not as described condition. Return postage will be covered by Parts Link Ent.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days after the item arrives back to our facility. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.

For your protection, all refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
