RETURN POLICY

Parcel Returns

• We offer free 30 day returns from time of purchase on most items.
• After the 30 day window, we accept returns up to 90 days from time of purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay return shipping on a return after the 30 days have passed.

Freight Returns

• Freight returns pertains to items that must be shipped via freight or are noted freight in their original listing.
• Freight items can be returned for up to 60 days from the time of purchase.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay return shipping, and original shipping on a return.
  • Once an item is returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected, and purchase may be refunded minus (-) the cost of original shipping from the carrier fees.

Expedited or International Shipping Returns      

• If an item needs to be returned that was shipped out with expedited or international shipping, no refund will be given on the extra shipping costs. Expedited and international shipping is non-refundable.
